Even though your business may be only partially open or even it’s completely shutdown due to the coronavirus crisis, your customers still want access to your products/services.
But most customers won’t call you to make a purchase. They will just assume that you are closed like everyone else. That why you must make an offer to them.
Introducing offers is key to the success of any business, but especially crucial right now when most business owners have no face-to-face interactions with their customers.
Let’s clear the air here…
I understand that we are in the middle of the coronavirus crisis, but it’s still okay for you to market your products and services especially when you have customers that want to buy. This situation is only temporary.
When your product/service changes lives by fulfilling a need or solving a problem that someone is experiencing, then introduce an offer that they can’t resist.
For my own business, I offer different types of offers depending on the needs of individual customers. This is key to making the sale. After all, your customers won’t buy a product that doesn’t benefit them in some way.
How do you make an offer if no customers are walking through your door? Give them a call or shoot them an email. They want to hear from you!
Now, let your customers know that you are open for business and you value their customer loyalty by introducing an offer to them that will shock their socks off!
