When the news recently broke that your administrative review had turned into a full-fledged criminal investigation, I along with millions of Americans let out a collective sigh of relief. We are wary, yet cautiously optimistic that perhaps justice will prevail.
Gentlemen, your reputations of being fair-minded men of honor and integrity seeking the truth precedes you.
Attorney General Barr, this isn’t your first rodeo. We believe that you have nothing left to prove, no more ladders to climb and no political favors to offer. You are committed to uphold the law.
Mr. Durham, you are a tough-nosed, no-nonsense truth-seeker who is known to be tough, yet fair. We know that you will turn over every rock in the pursuit of truth and that you are no respecter of persons.
We pray that both of you can maintain the courage and resolve in the months to come so you will be able to stand strong against the hellish assaults of the cast of characters from the Deep State. We know that you will be locked in a life and death battle of epic “Godzilla vs. King Kong” proportions.
Millions of American are cheering for and praying for you…
We have come to a pivotal point in the history of this nation that you, and you alone, are the only ones in a position of authority (via subpoena, grand juries and indictments) who can hold accountable and bring to justice those who have committed treason and other crimes against the United States.
The very future of this Constitutional Republic we call the United States of America is at stake and, to a large extent, its future is in your hands. To use Trumpian vernacular, “No pressure, so don’t blow it!”
Sirs, for three long years, the American people have grown weary wondering if justice will ever be served.
We have been reading and watching (thanks to several courageous journalists and investigators) piece after piece of damning evidence trickle out that connect the dots of crimes committed against the American people and its duly elected President by, of all people, the very ones who have been elected and entrusted to uphold the law and protect us!
These people are the equivalent of the abusive nursing home worker who, secretly, physically and psychologically torments and abuses the frail, elderly patient.
There is simply no greater or more insidiously egregious crime against the United States and the American people than those who have been elected and appointed under oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution to purposely ignore, subvert and violate the rule of law.
The evidence that this crime was committed with the knowledge, consent and support of those in positions of power is overwhelming.
The list of violators encompasses those who were in the FBI, CIA, Justice Department and the Obama administration as well as those involved with the Hillary Clinton campaign. They are the ones that need to be brought to justice, regardless of any position, elected or appointed, they may have held. Our nation can ill-afford a lack of prosecution based upon anyone becoming a “respecter of persons.”
In closing, I leave you with the foreboding words of ancient Roman statesman and philosopher:
“A nation can survive its fools, even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within….for the traitor appears not to be a traitor…he rots the soul of a nation…he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist.“ ~Marcus Tullius Cicero
